DT copper lugs, DL aluminum lugs and GTL copper-aluminum connectors are crimp type cable power fittings. They are used for cable termination and copper-aluminum wire transition connection with stable conductivity and complete specifications, widely used in power distribution, switch cabinets and cable projects.

Specifications

Material DT is made of T2 red copper with optional tin plating for rust prevention; DL adopts high-purity aluminum; GTL is integrated bimetal of red copper and pure aluminum by friction welding.
Structure DT and DL cable lugs consist of crimp barrel and holed palm. The barrel crimps cable conductor, and the palm is bolted to busbars of switch cabinets, transformers and other equipment. GTL straight tube connector crimps copper cable and aluminum cable at two ends to avoid galvanic corrosion caused by direct contact of copper and aluminum.
